About Us

Together as friends, we entered the entertainment business in 1994 by entertaining for a birthday party at a local church for a close friend for only $50. At that point, with our knowledge and talent we knew we wanted to become successful DJ’s. That is when we became the Underground DJ’s with a goal to provide professional and quality entertainment for our customers. When we first began our equipment consisted of two home stereos, one small mixer, one rotating beacon and a color rotating sphere, which has deceased in operation from a melting incident (it was a sad moment).

Since then our music and light show has expanded enormously. Our clientele has also increased significantly from small birthday parties to local bars, school dances and large weddings. Word of mouth advertising from our previous clients and others who have seen our amazing shows has helped us become very successful with completely satisfied customers. To make all this possible we have worked extremely hard and put a lot of our strength and commitment into our shows without cutting any corners. We will provide you excellent music and light entertainment with a personal touch you want and deserve.

My name is Jeremiah, better known as Miah, co-owner of the Underground DJ’s. Together with DJ Toby, with who I have been great friends with all my life, created this partnership. We started the Underground DJ’s when we were about 17 years old and have now gone above and beyond our expectations of the goals that were set when we started.

When we go to do a show we put our all into it to make sure every final detail is right on the money. John (DJ Toby) and I have always strived to be our best on anything we do. We never cut corners it always has to be the best! We make every effort to provide our customers with the best mobile DJ show possible with the latest technology in lighting and sound. I enjoy being a DJ and looking forward to a show is amazing…all the energy and dancing from the crowd is just incredible. At the end of a show, people come up and say “You guys did a great job!” which makes us happy and proud of the business we built. We know that they had a great time and that’s what we intended to do. That’s our job and motivation!
